Carcassonne Expansion 1: Inns and Cathedrals New Edition

Carcassonne: Die Erweiterung (later prints titled Inns & Cathedrals) is the first major add - on for Carcassonne. It brings new elements to the game. There are brand - new tile types like inns and cathedrals, and fresh - looking tiles for cities, roads, and cloisters. Each player gets a 'big meeple' worth two regular meeples. With an extra set of meeples, up to 6 players can play. Scoring cards make keeping score easier.

To play this Carcassonne expansion, start by adding the new tiles like inns and cathedrals to the main tile set. Each player gets a big meeple in addition to the regular ones. Place the tiles as you play the game, just like in the base Carcassonne. When you use the big meeple, remember it counts as two regular meeples. Use the scoring cards to keep track of your points easily. As for maintenance, keep the tiles in a dry place and away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Also, store the meeples carefully so they don't get lost. When not in use, put all the game pieces back in the box to keep them organized.
