Carcassonne Expansion 8: Bridges, Castles and Bazaars

In the eighth expansion for Carcassonne, you can connect blocked paths, transform small cities, and bid on tiles! With 12 new wooden bridge tokens, players can easily continue a blocked road using a bridge piece. The new bazaar tile lets you host an auction, giving you the chance to spend your earned points to buy advantageous tiles. While small cities score a few points, the new castle tile can transform the city and offer a chance to score even more. This is an expansion, so the Carcassonne base game is required to play.

To use this Carcassonne expansion, first make sure you have the base game. When playing, if you encounter a blocked road, use one of the 12 wooden bridge tokens to continue the path. When you place the bazaar tile, start an auction and use your earned points to buy good tiles. The castle tile can be placed in small cities to transform them and get more points. Remember, this is just an expansion and won't work without the base game. Keep the wooden tokens in a dry place to avoid damage and store all the tiles neatly to make it easy to find them next time you play.
