To play the Cupcake Academy game, first gather all the players together. Hand out the personal plates to each player and place the shared plate in the middle. Shuffle the assignment cards and pick one. The instructor reads out the assignment, which tells you how to arrange the cupcake cups in the kitchen. Each player then starts moving the cups as quickly as possible, following the rules of moving one cup at a time to an empty plate or on top of a smaller cup. Keep an eye on the 7 - minute sand timer.
