Dixit: Daydreams

Dixit: Daydreams is an awesome expansion for Dixit. It comes with 84 brand - new cards to spice up your Dixit game. In Dixit, each round a player becomes the Storyteller. The Storyteller picks a card from their hand and then tells a story, sings a little song, or does something they think is related to the card. Other players secretly choose a card from their hands and give it to the Storyteller. The cards are shuffled and shown, then players vote on which one was played by the Storyteller. If no one or everyone votes for the Storyteller, they get no points. If they get some but not all votes, they score based on the number of votes. Players who vote correctly or whose submitted cards get votes also score. After several rounds, the player with the most points wins.

How to use: Start by getting your Dixit base game and adding the 84 new cards from Dixit: Daydreams. Each round, one player acts as the Storyteller. The Storyteller selects a card and comes up with a story, song, or something related to it. Other players pick a card from their hands and secretly give it to the Storyteller. Shuffle all the cards and show them. Then everyone votes on which card was the Storyteller's. Points are awarded as described in the product description. After a set number of rounds, the game ends, and the player with the most points wins. Note: Make sure to handle the cards gently to avoid damage. When not in use, store the cards in a cool, dry place to keep them in good condition. If the cards get dirty, you can use a soft, dry cloth to clean them.
