In Imhotep, players step into the shoes of Egyptian builders aiming to follow in the footsteps of the first and most famous architect there, Imhotep. Over six rounds, they transport wooden stones by boat to construct five key monuments. Each turn, a player selects from four actions: Get new stones, load stones onto a boat, take a boat to a monument, or play an action card. It may sound simple, but other players will constantly disrupt your building plans as they pursue their own. Only those with perfect timing and enough stones to support their strategies will emerge as Egypt's top builder.

To play Imhotep, first gather your friends. Each person becomes a builder in ancient Egypt. Over six rounds, use boats to move wooden stones and build five important monuments. Every turn, you can pick one of four actions: find new stones, load them on a boat, send a boat to a monument, or play an action card. Remember, other players will try to mess up your plans, so be strategic and pick the right time for your moves. As for maintenance, keep the wooden stones in a dry place to prevent damage. Also, handle the action cards gently to avoid wear and tear. Have fun playing and may you become the best builder in Egypt!
