Isle of Skye: Journeyman Expansion

Becoming a king is no easy feat, and ruling one is even tougher. You'll need warriors to safeguard your kingdom, merchants to keep your treasury full, and heralds to spread your fame far and wide. Fortunately, your best friend steps in to handle the hard work, allowing you to focus on becoming a glorious chieftain. Isle of Skye: Journeyman, the first major expansion for Isle of Skye, comes with new personal player boards that show your progress in strength, prosperity, and popularity. These boards impact tile selling and placement as each progress step has specific requirements. But just placing the right tiles isn't enough to reach the next development level and claim rewards. A new pawn, the journeyman, must travel the kingdom and 'activate' the tiles. Also, there are four new scoring tiles for the new challenges in Isle of Skye: Journeyman.

To use this expansion, first add the new personal player boards to the game. They'll help you track your progress in different aspects. When playing, remember that each progress step on the board has conditions that need to be met. Place tiles according to these requirements to progress. But don't forget, the journeyman pawn is crucial. Move it around the kingdom to activate the tiles you've placed. As for the four new scoring tiles, they bring new challenges. Try to meet the conditions on these tiles to score more points. Keep the game components in a dry and clean place to avoid damage. And always shuffle the tiles well before each game to ensure fairness.
