Kaprosuchus

Named for its teeth and head shape, 'Kaprosuchus' means 'boar crocodile'. This prehistoric creature lived in the Late Cretaceous, likely hunting small animals mainly on land. As only one skull has been found in the Sahara, scientists can only estimate its appearance, but it's thought to be about 6 m long.
