When designing this new introductory kendama, we aimed for affordability, great playability, and an easy way for you to learn more about kendama and join our ever - growing community. We're confident we've achieved these goals and can't wait for both new and experienced players to try our Starters! The KEN features an amped shape, is made of beech wood, has a balance bevel in the base cup, and an engraved Sweets Crossken logo. The TAMA is 62mm, made of beech, comes in 6 color options, offers excellent tracking, and has a sticky clear finish. The package includes a metal spinner bead, a replacement string, and stickers.
Using your Sweets Starter Kendama is easy. First, hold the KEN in your hand. The balanced bevel in the base cup helps with stability. Try to catch the TAMA on different parts of the KEN like the cups or the tip. With practice, you'll be able to do all sorts of cool tricks. Remember, the TAMA is 62mm and has excellent tracking, so it should be fairly easy to control. When you're not using it, keep it in a dry place to prevent the beech wood from warping. If the string gets worn out, you can use the replacement string included in the package. Also, have fun decorating your kendama with the stickers!
