Every year, my dad and I team up to make these amazing apple pies. He crafts the yummy brown - sugar crumble topping, while I slice and dice a dozen apples. These pies are bursting with warm cinnamon flavors. Just add a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream, and you've got a mouth - watering, warm dessert that's pure delight!

To enjoy these mini apple pies, simply take them out of the packaging. You can eat them as they are or heat them up in the oven for a few minutes until the crust gets crispy and the filling is bubbly. For an extra treat, top them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Keep them in a cool, dry place. If you don't finish them all at once, you can store them in the fridge for up to 3 days. Before reheating refrigerated pies, let them come to room temperature for about 15 minutes.
